Saving you time when existing customers are applying for a new loan request, Core Import is designed to enable your customer service representatives to search for and import customer information file (CIF) data directly into a new Mark IV application record from your host system.

Users can select one or more CIF records from within the Host Data results tab and designate these as applicant and co-applicant, respectively, to create a new record.  Alternatively, this same CIF data can be linked to an existing Mark IV record as a part of the “copy application” process.  In such cases, current information, such as loan and deposit balance data, is combined with data from the Mark IV record to provide the user with a nearly completed new request.
