Product Training
Need additional Training on Mark IV, BizMark or a related module?
Whether you have new employees, have just added a new module or just need a refresher, Cypress can provide you with customized training that meets your needs.
Cypress offers 3 training options:
- Onsite Training: This is our most popular option. We travel to your training facility and train up to 20 of your employees per day. Cost: $1,800 per day plus travel-related expenses.
- Private Training at Cypress: Training is provided at Cypress offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in Texas. We will provide private classroom training for up to 5 of your employees. Cost: $1,200 per day. You are responsible for travel-related expenses.
- Web-based Training: We will train a maximum of 10 employees using a private Internet training session. Cost: $900 for 6 hours of training.
Training topics are catered to your needs and can cover the following:
1. General operational use of the solution, including:
a. Navigating work queues and menus
b. Reports and field export
c. App Entry
d. Investigation
e. Underwriting
f. Conditional Approval
g. Approval
h. Managing Denials
2. Understanding the mortgage module
3. Understanding the indirect source module and DealerTrack interface
4. Mastering core system import and the doc prep interface, using New Account Setup
5. Other optional modules, including AVM, flood, geocoding, Accuity fraud detection and more
6. Administration, including:
a. Product deployment
b. Workflow rules
c. Model deployment
d. User permissions
e. Letter and disclosure deployment
All training is performed by a Cypress professional that is well-versed in our product features.
Training can be combined with a Professional Services Engagement if you wish to go beyond general use and administration concepts. With services such as Decision Process Optimization (DPO) and Strategic Configuration Assessment (SCA), Cypress can help you incorporate best practices approaches into your use of our products.
