Cypress University Opens!
As we begin 2010, we want to provide our clients with an additional option for personalized professional training at our corporate office in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
These Cypress University training classes will consist of two days (or more depending on need) of instruction each month led by our director of training, Karen Lord, along with other Cypress product and industry experts.
Due to the numerous changes in the RESPA compliance rules, Allan Fried will lead off in January with additional training on this important topic. Topics for subsequent sessions will be determined based on our clients’ needs. This will include classes focusing on new release-related training, specialty areas, Mark IV, BizMark, AppMark, specialized administrator training and much more. Many institutions will also use this for "train-the-trainer" opportunities.
If your institution has added or changed users of Cypress products, this is the perfect way to quickly bring them up to speed with our best experts.
The cost is only $900 per day per Cypress client, and each client can send up to five participants per session. Hurry and register though, because we keep our classes small for more personalized instruction.
