Cypress offers canned reporting to help manage individual applications, operations and scorecards.

Is there a capability for producing custom reports?

Yes, Mark IV includes a field export function that allows you to pick any or all application and credit bureau fields for export to build your own reports using Excel or Microsoft Access. Crystal reports or similar data access tools can also be used to produce custom reports.
