Your are able to deploy an unlimited number of loan types in Mark IV. Supported products include the following:
- HELOC
- Home Improvement and other term real estate products
- Automobile (both Direct and Secondary Market)
- Personal installment Loans (secured or unsecured)
- Credit and Debit Cards
- Marine Vehicle (boat)
- Motorcycle
- Retail Sales
- Recreational Vehicle (RV)
- Fixed rate mortgages
- Miscellaneous purchase money term loans
- Unique credit policy rules, pricing matrices, credit scorecard and evaluation party parameters can be administratively defined for each loan type.
