Jack Norris to head new role in the company’s management team

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas – Jan. 26, 2009
– Cypress Software Systems LP is further increasing its focus on the credit union industry in 2009, and has named Jack Norris vice president of business development to oversee those efforts.

His primary responsibilities include expanding Cypress’ scope and influence among credit unions, as well as banks and other financial institutions. He brings to the position more than 30 years of management experience in the financial and electronic services industries.

“One of our primary goals in 2009 is expansion of our loan software and services in the credit union industry,” said Stephen G. His business development experience with companies like CO-OP Financial Services makes him well-qualified to achieve those objectives.”

Prior to Cypress, Norris was regional business development manager at CO-OP Financial Services, the nation’s largest credit union-owned electronic funds transfer (EFT) network and processor, where he helped grow and sustain business relationships with credit unions across the United States.

Norris also has served as a vice president at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS); sales and account manager for Omron Financial Services and Diebold; regional sales manager for Online Resources and Communications Corp.; and programmer analyst for GTE Data Services.
