Changes to mortgage origination fee

I would like to have the ability to change the orgination fee in the Mark IV real estate module when the fee is based on a percentage and not a flat fee.

I agree . . . . I would like the ability for a user to change the percentage amount for an origination fee at app entry.    But I would further like to be able to write a Policy Rule Alert that trips when a user changes the Origination Fee from the standard percentage that could be enabled to require mitigation and/or routing to a credit manager.

Example:  1% Standard Origination Fee - Lender Desires to cut fee to 1/2%.   Origination Fee Exception Rule could be written to trip if Origination is less than 1%.
