BizMark - Urban Enterprise Zone
As a topic of discussion from our Bank's CRA committe, we would like to enter and track Urban Enterprise Zone lending in BizMark. I would suggest that a simple checkbox or a "Yes" or "No" drop down be created on the Company Profile screen. Ideally, we would like to have the capability of making this question be a mandatory field to complete. This would help in the consistent gathering of this information at the time of application with our loan originators.
With this information then housed in BizMark, we would then be able to run reports through the field export function at any time. I believe that this could be helpful in proving our Bank's CRA efforts with examiners.
