Flood Certifications

LPS National Flood     LPS is a leading provider of integrated technology and services to the mortgage industry. LPS offers solutions that span the mortgage continuum, including lead generation, origination, servicing, portfolio retention and default, augmented by the company's award- winning customer support and professional services. Approximately 50 percent of all U.S. mortgages are serviced using LPS' Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP). Automated Valuation Models

Cypress has partnered with FIS Valuation Solutions, a subsidiary of Fidelity Hansen Quality, to offer our customers access to the three leading AVM products available.

FIS Valuation Solutions is a provider of collateral risk and valuation services based on extensive nationwide databases of properties and appraisals. Cypress clients can order one or more AVMs when originating a real property-secured loan request. The results are returned in seconds and stored electronically for later reference. ValueSureT provides the most accurate residential property value in the industry today. ValueSureT utilizes more than 20 years of historical property data and sales information from more than 1,100 U. S. Counties, and data from 85 percent of property ownership records nationwide, resulting in superior geographic coverage and data depth. Data, including appraisal information from Lender's Service, INC (LSI), and public record information from Fidelity's IDM property database, is used to develop ValueSureT estimates. Freddie Mac LargeHome Value Explorer (HVE) is an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) that generates a property estimate within seconds. HVE streamlines the collateral valuation process and saves lenders and consumers hundreds of dollars on every transaction. HVE actually encompasses several models rolled into a single product, for one low cost.
