Cypress was named a “hot vendor” in the research firm’s “Hot Banking Tech
Companies to Watch in 2009” report. The article includes brief descriptions
of six companies that are meeting diverse or emerging banking industry needs.

November 2008 – Dallas Business Journal
Cypress was profiled in a feature-length story about the company’s recent success,
despite the down economy. The article features quotes from President and CEO
Stephen Sargent, and included details on Guarantee Bank’s selection of Mark IV
– Cypress’ largest contract to-date.

November 2008 – Bank Systems & Technology
News of Guarantee Bank’s selection of Cypress’ Mark IV software was featured
in an online BS&T story Nov. 19. Mark IV is currently helping Guaranty's loan officers
efficiently process consumer credit requests for all of its banking centers across
Texas and California.

November 2008 – Bank Technology News
Bank Technology News also posted a Nov. 24 story about the Guarantee Bank/Mark IV
installation. Guaranty also plans to add Cypress’ WebApp module to let lower-level
banking associates directly submit loan requests.

October 2008 – ABA Banking Journal
Summit Bank’s selection of Cypress’ Mark IV software was featured in an Oct. 14
online story. The software was installed to support consumer loan automation
and decisioning across the bank’s 20 branches in Arkansas.

Cypress’ Mark IV installation at Summit Bank also was featured on this financial
services Web site Oct. 14. Mark IV has helped increase the banks lending speed
and automation, and has allowed its customer service associates to manage the
majority of consumer loan lending processes.

September 2008 – Bank Systems & Technology
BS&T included a story about the Summit Bank/Cypress installation on its Web site
Sept. 3. The Tampa, Fla.-based bank selected Mark IV to service its 600 community
bank clients around the country.

August 2008 – American Banker
Cypress’ customer win with TCM Bank, the credit card unit of the ICBA, was featured
both in print and online editions of American Banker on Aug. 28. TCM Bank is using
the hosted version of Mark IV to automate the consumer credit card application process
for member banks.

August 2008 – Bank Technology News
The TCM Bank and Cypress installation was featured on the Bank Technology News
Web site Aug. 28. Mark IV helps TCM automatically assemble a complete credit picture
for applicants, thus helping loan officers make quick, informed credit decisions.
